研究發表-1：
    1. 對於肝癌致癌機轉之探討有具體之研究。並探討肝癌復發之因素應不只是腫瘤之特性(Tumor behaviors)，如腫瘤大小，腫瘤數目之多寡，血管之侵犯與否等所影響。
    2. 利用新的分類DNA Ploidy pattern I (Diploid)、Pattern II (Single aneuploid) and Pattern III (Multiploid, > 1 G0G1 peak)。應用於臨床上，可發現第三型(multiploid DNA ploidy)之不正常染色體套數之肝癌病人有較高之肝癌復發率及較低存活率。
    3. 利用第三型(multiploid DNA ploidy)之肝癌，培養出國內唯一由單一腫瘤培養出的細胞株，可做為往後研究肝癌特性之良好模式。
    4. 以外科臨床建立動物膽管奧迪式括約肌(Sphincter of Oddi)之壓力測量模式，為中醫針灸機轉之探討提供一科學研究之方法，並完成臺灣實驗針灸學之首部教學課程。首度提出中醫溫灸療法與西醫一氧化氮及熱休克蛋白表現的相關性,為傳統中醫藏象學說提出科學的依據。
    5. 利用功能性磁振造影及實驗針灸學模式探討針刺不同穴位對腦部功能活化之研究。
    6. 發展中草藥複方應用於臨床的研究方法。利用基因體 (Genomic approach)為模式及色層分析之方法建立中藥之成份指標之指紋辨識與標準化 (Chromatographic finger-printing)，並探討中草藥臨床療效之基因表現寫照 (gene expression profiling)。
    7. 極力參與包括中醫之整合醫學的教學與臨床應用，在國內的國立大學醫學院中，首先開始整合醫學(包括西藏醫學)的教學課程，通過CITI人體試驗program（Good clinical practice）認證，並參與主持人體試驗計劃。在國內首先創立乳癌整合醫療門診，結合教學與臨床達到跨領域的轉譯醫學目標。
